Place: Foss-eikelandDate: 04.05.2026Time: 17.00 to about 19.00Turn off county road 505 onto fosseikeveien. Take an immediate right into the parking area. The ceremony is held in the barbecue hut right by the river, about 50 m from the parking area.
Welcome to the Birch Moon full moon ceremony. Ceremony leader in training Karen Elise Bjerke is holding this ceremony. Intentions and qualities such as: vitality and joy of life, the future, resisting and driving away negative energy, stability and more.
What you can expect at the ceremony: Cleansing and opening of the directions, and the sacred fire is lit. The ceremony begins and there will be a drum journey. After the ceremony there is time to socialise. If you are running late, let me know on tel. 45810345. We can probably hold off starting if you are just around the corner. If you arrive after the drum journey has begun, you will unfortunately have to wait outside until it is over.I am available by phone for the last hour before the ceremony starts.Bring something to sit on and clothes for the weather. Bring a drum, rattle or similar if you have one, and food or drink if you like, so we can share and enjoy ourselves after the ceremony.
The ceremony is organised by the Shamanic Association of Norway, it is free and open to everyone. Children are welcome. The event is 100% substance-free.
