The Shamanic Association of Norway invites you on a transformative journey through the elements of nature: earth, water, wind and fire. This intensive course is designed for experienced practitioners and beginners alike who wish to deepen their connection with the forces of nature and explore their inner wisdom.
Over three enriching days you will be guided through powerful shamanic techniques inspired by both Norse and Sámi tradition. The course moves between these two rich cultural heritages, giving you a rare chance to experience and compare different approaches to shamanic practice.
Our journey begins with the strength of the earth, where you will learn to ground yourself in your own power and connect more deeply with the nature around you. You will explore sacred places, meet power animals, and learn how to bring the energy of the earth into your daily practice.
Next we dive into the healing powers of water. Here you will discover how to cleanse your mind and body, flow with the currents of life, and tap into the deep wisdom stored in the memory of water.
The wisdom of the wind will lift you to new heights of understanding. You will learn to listen to the subtle messages of the wind, communicate with spiritual messengers, and see your life from a new and clearer perspective.
Finally we will explore the transformative power of fire. This element will help you light your inner spark, clear away what no longer serves you, and strengthen your passion and creativity.
Throughout the course you will be guided in safe and powerful shamanic journeys. You will learn to communicate with nature spirits, meet divine forces, and tap into your own inner wisdom. Each day builds on the one before, giving you an ever deeper understanding and experience of the elements.

About course leader Gunnar Steinholm
Gunnar Steinholm is an experienced presiding leader trained by the Shamanic Association of Norway, where he will now lead an in-depth course in the elements. With a background from the armed forces and from teaching, he brings valuable experience and insight to his courses.
Besides leading courses, Gunnar is also known for making shamanic drums, an important part of shamanic practice. His work with healing and his Sámi roots give him a deep understanding of the traditional practices that shamanism rests on.
Gunnar is also trained as a hypnotherapist and has foundation studies in psychology, which further enriches his approach to shamanic work. His combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge makes him an inspiring leader for the participants on the course
