Step into the world of the shaman and learn to find the power that can help you and others to a more harmonious life.
The aim of the course is to give participants a thorough introduction to and understanding of shamanic traditions and techniques. The course suits you if you want to familiarise yourself with shamanism and build a foundation for further personal development. It is based on the combined experience of our presiding leaders, who have both practised and taught shamanism for many decades. After the course you will have an understanding of shamanic practice that gives you a basis for exploring shamanism both as world heritage and as part of a specific tradition. You will be able to contact your helpers and draw knowledge from the spirit world.

What you need to bring:
-A drum and rattle if you have them
-Something to lie on, a blanket, a scarf to cover your eyes
