Join us in the world of the shaman and learn to find the power that can help you and others live a more harmonious life.
The purpose of the course is to give participants a thorough introduction to and understanding of shamanic traditions and techniques. The course is suitable for those who wish to familiarise themselves with shamanism and lay a foundation for further personal development.
The course is based on the combined experience of our leaders, who have both practised and taught shamanism for many decades.
After the course you will have an understanding of shamanic practice that will form the basis for exploring shamanism both as a world heritage and as part of a specific tradition. You will be able to contact your helpers and retrieve knowledge from the spirit world.

Drum, rattle if you have one
Something to lie on, a blanket, a scarf to cover your eyes
