The Shamanic Association of Sweden invites you to an Introductory Course in Shamanism in Västerlanda, outside Göteborg.
This course is for you whether you already have experience with shamanic and animistic practices or have only just begun exploring them.
The course is built on the collected knowledge and experience of the Norwegian ceremony leaders, and it will give you a solid understanding of shamanic practices and how they are approached. Over this course weekend you will gain tools and a stronger connection to your own allies and spirit helpers, so that you can practice shamanic traditions.

The teacher will be Gunnar Steinholm from the Shamanic Association of Norway:
Gunnar Steinholm is an experienced ceremony leader trained with the Shamanic Association of Norway, where he will now be leading an introductory course in shamanism. With a background from the armed forces and from teaching, he brings valuable experience and insight to his courses.
Besides leading courses, Gunnar is also known for making shamanic drums, which are an important part of shamanic practice. His work with healing and his Sami roots give him a deep understanding of the traditional practices that shamanism rests on.
Gunnar is also trained as a hypnotherapist and has foundation studies in psychology, which further enriches his approach to shamanic work. His combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge makes him an inspiring guide for the participants on the course.
Alongside Gunnar, Karin, Marie, Emelie & Ylva will assist and take part throughout the weekend.
