We would like to remind you that the deadline for submitting matters to be raised at the annual meeting is approaching. If you have a matter you would like the board to consider, it must be sent to the board by email at sjamanforbundet@gmail.com no later than 31 October.
The annual meeting is an important opportunity for members to engage in the work of the federation, and all submitted matters will be carefully considered by the board. After this deadline, the board will draw up an agenda that will be published no later than 14 days before the annual meeting, that is, by 3 November.
The annual meeting itself will take place on 17 November, and we encourage all members to take an active part. To accommodate those who prefer fewer emails, this year we will only send out voting information to those who sign up. Every year we receive requests from members who do not wish to receive the 3 to 5 emails that are usually sent out in connection with the annual meeting. We therefore ask those who wish to take part in the voting to sign up by sending an email to sjamanforbundet@gmail.com This is your chance to influence decisions that shape the future of Sjamanistisk Forbund.
