We began on Friday with a happy and excited group full of anticipation and curiosity. 9 different individuals who came together in a search for something more, something that, it turned out, would bind us together on a higher and spiritual level.
Gro Hilseth Adriansdatter, who is a wise and powerful ceremony leader, guided us calmly and safely through the whole weekend with, among other things, drum journeys where we got to know our power animal, our spiritual guide, and met our ancestors. We also learned how we can connect with another person and then open up to spiritual messages.
Frank Høgmo and Ulf Schmidt, who were each there as part of their own training, were of great help both during and outside the course with practical tasks, soulful support for everyone, and not least as spreaders of joy.
We ended Sunday by dancing around the fire with our power animals, which became a powerful but beautiful experience. Everyone seemed satisfied and happy, though a little worn out after an intense weekend, but nonetheless just as, if not more, enthusiastic about continuing on their own journey of further development.
I send a big thank you to everyone who took part, to Gro for a wonderful course, and to Bjørn, who turned out to be an absolute king in the kitchen. To Frank and Ulf, both with lots of good humour and high spirits.
