More and more pupils want to write about, or have a visit from, Sjamanistisk Forbund. We have taken the request seriously and created a scalable teaching programme. Scalable in the sense that the programme can be adapted to a single class or an entire school, with a duration ranging from 2 school periods to a full day. The teaching can cover several subject areas such as history and social studies, religious education, music and natural science. All adapted to the school's needs and grade level. The pupils also get to experience shamanism in practice.
The teaching programme may include:

- Norse shamanism

- What is Sjamanistisk Forbund

- How are they organised?
- Revitalisation of Norse and Sami shamanism
- The ceremony. What is a ceremony and how are they structured.
Practical teaching
- Drum journey
- Understanding nature from a spiritual perspective (Outdoors)
- Shamanic ceremony (Outdoors)
- Primal music, find your own voice
- Sound meditation / Sound journey (Relaxation)

I found this very valuable, exciting and impactful. The pupils learned a great deal, asked interesting questions and received very good and insightful answers. So it was both good teaching and good dialogue. Moreover, everything you addressed is in line with the current curricula and the school's intention to work for cultural understanding and interdisciplinarity. The visit made an impression. The pupils were left with a lot to think about after the teaching, and I heard them discussing the experiences with each other.
