We invite you to Sjamanforbundet's digital annual meeting, to be held on 17 November at 14:00. The meeting will be digital, and we hope that many of our members will wish to attend.
To accommodate those who would like fewer emails, this year we will only send out voting information to those who sign up. Every year we receive enquiries from members who do not wish to receive the 3-5 emails that are usually sent out in connection with the annual meeting. We therefore ask those who wish to take part in the voting to sign up by sending an email to sjamanforbundet@gmail.com.
Important dates and information: Registration for voting: If you wish to take part in the voting, send us an email as soon as possible. Voting ahead of the meeting: The voting will take place in the days before the annual meeting, and you will be sent a link and password once the voting is ready. Submission of items: Any items to be considered at the annual meeting must be sent to the same email address by 31 October. Meeting documents and notice of meeting: Once you have signed up, you will receive the meeting documents as well as a dedicated link to the digital annual meeting to be held on 17 November at 14:00. This applies only to those who wish to take part in the voting. All members, except those who have opted out of email, have already received notice of the annual meeting.
